With just 3,043 miles since its restoration, this truck has undergone a complete body-off, nut and bolt restoration, resulting in a vehicle that is both visually striking and mechanically robust. Powered by a 5.0L late-model Ford engine with a mild cam and paired with a 5-speed Tremec manual transmission, this pickup offers a powerful and engaging driving experience.

 

 

Exterior: The exterior of this 1941 Ford Pickup is finished in a sleek Black color, highlighted by an arrow-straight finish that reflects the quality of the restoration. The truck features custom modifications, including a smooth firewall, stainless steel hinges, and a custom roll pan with frenched-in taillights. The oak bed is complemented by stainless runners and high-end stainless steel fasteners, while the running boards are Rhino-lined for durability. All new Auto Meter gauges provide accurate and clear readings, while a custom stereo and amplifier are discreetly located under the seat, along with a new, lightweight battery and wiring. Mechanical: Under the hood, this Ford Pickup is equipped with a 5.0L Ford engine fitted with a mild cam, delivering a balanced mix of powerand drivability. The engine features an Edelbrock 650 carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a chrome alternator, and a Mallory ignition system and electronic distributor. Cooling is managed by a Walker 4-core radiator with an auxiliary fan. The truck’s suspension includes a Heidts Mustang II independent front end and rack and pinion steering, ensuring precise handling. The 9″ posi rear, shortie headers, and Flowmaster dual chambered exhaust system contribute to the truck’s robust performance and deep exhaust note. Hydraulic brakes with disc up front and big drums in the rear.
